Among the many things I hate are people who don't press companies who serve them because they want to be 'nice'. That's not the way I play, I like to squeeze every last drop out of what services I pay for.
Of course, that is subject to the cost of squeezing every last drop out ;) But seriously, it's almost as if some people are afraid to offend sales personnel or support personnel. And it's gotten to the point where stores now have a 'No-returns' policy. Is that even legal? As far as I know, it isn't.
