Goes to show that hi-tech isn't everything, eh? Even they have better infrastructure than a supposed secular democracy.
Do you really think that this is a shocking incident? Thousands of women in India are molested and harassed every day.
It's shocking because the whole thing seems to imply that the majority of Malaysians are on the wrong side.
